Custom-Printed Media
Custom-printed media orders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. Review the dimensions, quantity, material, finishing and artwork carefully before approving your order.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or has a print-quality issue, contact Trident Graffix with your order reference and photos so we can review the issue. This policy does not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law.
Quotes & Artwork
Online estimates are subject to review. Your final quote confirms the scope and total before payment. Submitting a quote request or uploading artwork does not itself start production.
Upload artwork you own or have permission to reproduce. Check spelling, dimensions and placement in your proof. Contact us if anything needs correction before giving production approval.
Portal Privacy
We use the contact and account details, business information, uploaded artwork and quote/order records you provide to manage your account, review trade applications and fulfill your requests. If you provide an EIN or reseller certificate, authorized staff use it for account review.
The portal uses Cloudflare for hosting and private file storage, Resend for account emails, and Stripe for hosted payment processing. Payment card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page; the portal stores payment references and status. Authorized Trident Graffix staff can access the records needed to handle your requests.
Session cookies keep you signed in. You can sign out on a shared device. Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your account information; records needed for ongoing orders, business records or legal obligations may need to be retained.
